3/18/2020 0 Comments March 18th, 2020It was in the Christian world where the idea developed that the individual, as an individual, has sacred value, for a simple reason: All humans are created in the image of God, as the Catholic Church has taught through the ages.
In Socialist societies, collectivism is the oppressive, dominant ideology that one does not have rights, but that rights are granted by the State, ruled by a great and glorious leader who speaks for the people. For collectivists, the group is greater than the individual, who must be crushed and sacrificed for the greater good of the greater number. Viva Cristo Rey!
