9/22/2019 0 Comments September 22nd, 2019Father Bernhard Lichtenberg, born in Poland, was arrested by German Socialist Gestapo, October 23, 1941, after he protested the regime's euthanasia program.
"I, as a human being, a Christian, a priest, and a German, demand of you, Chief Physician of the Reich [Minister of Public Health Leonardo Conti], that you answer for the crimes that have been perpetrated at your bidding, and with your consent, and which will call forth the vengeance of the Lord on the heads of the German people," he wrote. Imprisoned, Father Lichtenberg was classified as person "unable to change and correct.” Shipped to Dachau, he perished along the way, November 5,1943. VIVA CRISTO REY! Niech żyje Chrystus Król!
