12/6/2018 0 Comments December 06th, 2018Brother Paweł Krawczewicz, with the Pallottines, was arrested by the German Socialist Gestapo, shipped to Buchenwald and then Ohrdruf sub-camp.
Ferociously tortured, he perished, on March 11, 1945, shortly before the camp was liberated, on April 11, 1945, by four soldiers in the 6th Armored Division, commanded by General George S. Patton, who called it one of the two best divisions in his United States Third Army. Brother Paweł Krawczewicz was cremated in one of the death camp's ovens. VIVA CRISTO REY!
