3/31/2020 0 Comments March 31st, 2020 Soon after the German Socialists invaded Poland, Father Romuald Tomiec was arrested along with parish priests near Piotrków Kujawski. Tortured, he was murdered with 7 priests, in a mass execution of 22 Catholic Poles.

Tortured during interrogation, he was savagely beaten and killed, on February 15, 1945.

Repeatedly interrogated and ordered to give up the priesthood and the faith, Father Trojgo refused and was beaten severely, dying on August 11, 1932.

After separated from his students, he returned to Częstochowa, after which he was arrested, shipped to Lublin and killed, March 31, 1943, when he stood up for a tortured prisoner.
