12/12/2019 0 Comments December 12th, 2019At the onset of World War II, Father Jan Jozef Pronobis was targeted by German Socialist Gestapo because he was a Catholic priest. Beaten, he was transported to Barbarka Forest, where he was executed in a mass murder of about 130 ethnic Poles, on October 28, 1939.
