A Jesuit novice and Scholastic, Stanisław Sewiłło was arrested by German Socialist Gestapo. Shipped to Dachau, he was forced to undergo medical experiments, from which he perished, on March 22, 1943.
One experiment involved hypothermia, submerged in ice water; another was being injected with Tuberculosis. Considered a deeply religious man while in the death camp, he endured all sufferings by submitting to the will of God.
