Held in Radom prison, he was interrogated and tortured till he was bloodied, but never betrayed anyone and never revealed the secret of Confession. Father Sykulski's sister, Anna, received information, on January 26, 1942, about his death: "He was shot for activity that was unfavorable to the Reich." He was a Catholic priest, faithful to the Pope. VIVA CRISTO REY! Niech żyje Chrystus Król!
