5/20/2019 0 Comments May 20th, 2019After volunteering to exchange his life for the life of another priest, Father Antoni Dubas was immediately arrested during the Intelligenzaktion, the German Socialist action to kill Polish Catholic intellectuals.
On the night of December 1, 1939, Father Dubas and 28 others were transported to Wola Łącka, where their hands were bound with barbed wire before Gestapo executed them, each with a bullet to the back of the head. Some had their heads smashed in with gun butts before all were dumped in a mass grave. VIVA CRISTO REY! Niech żyje Chrystus Król!
